Her role has grown and developed through the years, and she currently serves as handbell editor, publication designer, and instrumental music editor. Prior to joining the Choristers Guild staff she was a music editor at Augsburg Fortress Publishers and a member of the Choristers Guild Board of Directors. In March 2023 she was elected Vice-Chair of the Handbell Industry Council.

She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of St. Catherine, where she received a BA with a major in music and a Certificate in Liturgical Music.
